1 can (10 oz.) RoTel Original diced tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 pkg. (16 0z.) Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese and tomatoes in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat , stirring frequently until cheese is melted.

Serve warm as a dip with corn chips, crackers or fresh vegetables. Very good over baked potatoes.
