2-3 lbs. of medium to large shrimp
1/2 - 1 lb. butter or more as needed
Lots and lots of garlic, or to taste
Any type of pasta or white rice
Italian parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and devein shrimp. Clean and crush or chop garlic. Melt butter in large frying pan over low to medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper to melted butter. Add the shrimp. Saute shrimp until done about 10-12 minutes. While cooking shrimp, bring large pot of water to a boil and cook desired amount of pasta. When pasta is finished cooking drain it well and put on large shallow platter. Put cooked shrimp and melted butter over pasta and dress with fresh chopped parsley
