3 qt. water
1 ham bone
1 large onion chopped
chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
chopped carrots
chopped celery
chopped potatoes

Directions:

Boil ham bone for a couple hours, remove bone. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for hours before serving
