2 lbs potatoes
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
2 tbsp horeseradish
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 hard boiled eggs
3 bacon slices cooked & crumbled
2 green onions, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and cut into cubes. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish and add to potatoes. Then add parsley, salt, peppers, 3 chopped hard boiled eggs crumbled bacon and green onions. Top the salad by slicing additional hard boiled egg.
