3 medium fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crushed (about 15 crackers)
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the tomatoes and place in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir together well. Pout into a lightly greased 8 X 8 inch baking dish.

Bake 325 40 minutes
