2 salmon fillets or 6 steaks
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 zucchini, thinly sliced
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp. butter until tender. Remove from pan. Saute zucchini in remaining butter until tender. Place fillets in a large baking dish, cover with vegetables and pour sauce over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
