2 yeast cakes dissolved in 1 cup warm water and 1
tsp. sugar
1 cup canned milk
1/2 sugar
2 T. honey
2 cups white flour
1 cup hot water
1 T. molasses (sweet sorghum)
4 tsp. salt
7-8 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup oil
6 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except flour. Add half of the flour and beat well and then add the rest one cup at a time beating really well between each addition. Knead 10 minutes. Then let double in bulk. Makes 4 big loaves. After you put them in the loaves, let them raise 30 minutes. Bake 350 for 40-45- minutes. This is good when raisens, nuts and cinnamon or nutmeg are added.
