1/4 c. chopped onion 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 tbsp. margarine 2 lb. sole 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper
In large frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Lay sole in pan and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
