1 pound pork sausage
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
10 slices bread, cubed
10 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage and set aside. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, and salt. Beat one minute. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese into a 9x13 dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake the next day at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Cut and serve while hot.
