2 lbs.ground beef 1 small onion chopped 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies 1 tsp. salt 1/2 pepper 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix 1 can hominey (do not drain) 3 cans stewed tomatoes 1 can kidner beans (do not drain) 1 can (15oz) pinto beans (do not drain)
Cook ground beef with onions and green chilies. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer low for 30 minutes
