4 c sliced cooked potatoes
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted water until done. Saute onion in butter. Combine with sour cream, water, eggs, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a buttered 1 quart casserole. Pour sour cream sauce over them. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
