1 lb white potatoes
1 egg white
pepper
cayenne pepper
paprika
or chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut 1 pound of large white potatoes into fry size strips. You don't even have to peel them. 2. Put the cut taters in a bowl and sprinkle with some black pepper and either cayenne pepper, paprika or chili powder. 3. Pour one beaten egg white over the fries and toss to cover evenly, The egg white will make them crispy. 4. Place the fries in a single layer on a cookie sheet that's lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes. flipping the pieces occasionally so they won't stick. They're done when they're golden brown on all sides.
