4 sm. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 2 c. uncooked rice 1 c. shredded mozzarella 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Cook chicken in skillet. When it is done remove it from the skillet, add water (1 c.) and sauce bring to a boil. Add rice and top with chicken and cheeses. Cover and reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min.
