2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. water
1 egg
1-1/2 c. cheese (shredded)
2 tsp. oil
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
1-1/4 c. chunky salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Spray a square pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix Bisquick, water and egg. Spread in pan and sprinkle with 1-1/4 c. cheese. Cook chicken in oil till done, drain. Stir in salsa, spoon over batter in pan. Bake 22-25 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake till melted and bubbly.
