3-4bonless chicken breast, cooked and diced or food processed 2 boiled eggs 1/2 -1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped onion salt/pepper to taste 1/3 -1/2 cup pickle relish 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise chopped grapes or apples chopped almonds or nuts
Combine all ingredients. Fold in mayonnaise. Chill
