1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast strips
2 tbsp. butter
Parsley and chile peppers optional

Directions:

In a resealable ziplock bag mix first 6 ingredients. Add half of chicken strips, shake to coat. In a large skillet cook chicken in butter for 8-10 min. Repeat with other half. Garnish with parsley and peppers.

I usually run out of the seasoning mix before I finish the second half of the strips, so I always mix a double batch of the seasonings.
