2 Ripe Tomatoes. Remove seeds & chop.
1/4 Red Onion. Finely chopped.
1/4 Jalapeņo Pepper. Remove seeds and finely chopped.
1/4 c. Finely chopped cilantro.
2 T. Fresh Lime Juice.
T. Lime Zest.
1 T. Extra virgin Olive Oil.
1 tsp. Salt.
1 Ripe Avocado.

Remove Pit from Avocado and make vertical and horizontal cuts in flesh so that when you remove the avocado meat, it looks cubed,
Mix all ingredients carefully.

Serve with Chips.
