1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
6 chicken breast
1/2 stick margarine, melted
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In greased casserole dish put rice in bottom. Mix soups w/ water and pour over rice. Stir just enough to wet rice. Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine and lay on top of rice. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Bake at 325 for about and hour or until chicken is done
