4 center cut pork chops
11/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 oz can drained, sliced mushrooms
1/2 c beer
2 tbsp onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops on both sides in a skillet, use butter. Lower heat and add soup, mushrooms, beer and onion soup mix. Blend ingredients and allow chops and sauce to simmer, covered, over low heat approximately 50 minutes. Cook rice as directed on package. Serve pork chops and sauce over rice.

I made this using milk instead of beer. I also didn't use the soup mix.
