1 c "Wondra" flour
1 c milk
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Generously grease six 6 oz custard cups or pop over pan. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk just until smooth, do not over-beat. Fill custard cups 1/2 full. Bake 25 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 325. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer of until deep golden brown, Immediately remove from cups; serve hot.
