Crust:
3 c cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c mozzarella cheese, grated
Topping:
2 cans, 8oz, tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
To make crust, combine rice, eggs and cheese. Press firmly into a 12 inch greased pizza pan by spreading evenly with a spatula. Bake in 450 oven for 20 minutes. For the topping, combine tomato sauce and seasonings. Spread evenly over rice crust. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer.
