Ingredients:  
2 c milk
3/4 scant c sugar
1/2 c flour
pinch salt
3 egg whites
1 c whipped cream
black walnuts.
baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar, flour and salt until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Beat 3 egg whites and whip cream and fold together. Fold in milk mixture and black walnuts. Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Grandma Pauk made this pie a lot in the fall when we had black walnuts. It is a treat.
