1 lb pkg liversasuage
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 stick butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped real small
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crush hard boiled eggs in bowl with potato masher, add liversausage and melted butter. Add onion, salt and pepper, mix. Form into ball and chill overnight if possible. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

This can be shaped into a football for a superbowl party. An employee of VSP gave me this recipe.
