2 lbs bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
lettuce leaves
4-5 tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
Bagel chips, wheat thins or other

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until very crisp, drain and blot on paper towels; crumble. Combine bacon, mayonnaise and sour cream, refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Line a serving dish with lettuce leaves. Shape bacon mixture into a ball or mound into the center of lettuce. Cover bacon mixture completely with tomatoes. Serve with crackers.
