3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 lbs. green beans (fresh or frozen & thawed)
1 small red onion, sliced
4 oz. herb crumbled feta

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 6 ingredients, chill. Wash beans and trim ends. Arrange a steamer basket over boiling water; steam green beans 10 minutes. Immediately drain and place in cold water. Drain and pat dry. Combine with onions & cheese; toss. Cover and chill. Pour oil mix over beans 1 hour before serving; toss well.
