4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
1 small onion, diced
2 eggs
2 T. flour
1 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, onion, eggs, flour and vegetable oil together well.

Heat vegetable oil to approximately 350 in a large frypan. Place a heaping tablespoon of mixture (pancake size) into oil and fry until brown. Serve with warm applesauce.
