3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c flour
2 c milk
2 eggs
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine next 2 ingredients. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick, do not boil. Beat next 3 ingredients. Gradually stir in sauce. Add macaroni, Spoon half macaroni mixture into 2 quart oblong baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining macaroni. Bake in 325 oven 45 minutes or until set.
