1 tbsp yeast
1/4 c water
2 tbsp instant mash potato flakes
1/2 c boiling water
1 c milk
3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water with yeast and reconstitute mash potatoes with boiling water and cool to lukewarm mix all ingredients and let rise until double in volume. Stir in 11/2 tsp salt that has been dissolved in 3 tablespoons water and let rise again. Heat skillet and with rings made from tuna cans. Cook over moderate heat until done. Turning once.
