1 (1lb) can refrigerated can biscuits
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 can canned black beans (drained)
1/2 cup salsa
2 Tablespoons Taco seasoning mix
2 green onions (optional)
1/2 cup bell pepper strips
6 oz (1 1/2) cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. On cookie sheet press or roll each biscuit into 5 1/2 inch round. n medium bowl, combine chicken, beans, salsa and taco seasoning mix; well. Spread evenly over biscuit to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top evenly w/ onions, bell pepper and cheese.

Bake 350 for 20-24 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Garnish w/ sour cream and guacamole.
