1 lb. ground lean beef, 1 Tbsp. oil, 6 beef bouillon cubes, 6 c. boiling water, 4 c. diced fresh tomatoes, 2 c. cubed fresh potatoes, 2 c. diced fresh celery, 1 c. grated fresh carrots, 1 c. diced zucchine, 1 c. shredded fresh cabbage, 1/4 c. choopped fresh parsley, 2 1/2 teas. salt, 1/4 teap. black pepper

Brown beef in a large dutch oven pan. Drain fat. Crumble bouillon cubes into meat. Add boiling water. Add remaining ingredents, and bring to a boiling point. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender
