1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons red-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (16oz) package coleslaw mix
1 (6oz) package dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower-seed kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add slaw mix;tossing gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving time. Before serving, stir in cranberries and sunflower kernels.
