2 bunches washed spinach, 2 avacados, 1 lrg can mandarin oranges, 1 bunch green onions, 1 box croutons, 1/2 c. (saved) mandarin orange juice , 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 clove crushed garlic

Wash and dry spinach. Diced avacados. Chop onions; drain oranges (save the juice). Tear spinach into large bowl and add avacados, onion, and croutons. In another bowl mix together juice, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic. Pour over salad and toss well.
