Beat 2 eggs, add 1 tsp salt and add flour until you have a heavy dough. Flour the rolling board and knead dough until it rolls out. Roll out the dough until it is as thick as a nickel. Dust it with flour and roll the dough up like a carpet and cut off 3/8 inch pieces. Unroll the cut strip and dust off as much flour as you can. Let the noodles dry until your ready to put them in your soup.
