3 cups of whole wheat flour 1/2 cup of bacon grease, lard or Crisco
Mix the flour and shortening until thoroughly mixed. Add water to make a pliable dough for rolling. Roll the dough out as thin as possible. Grill until the dough begins to brown. Dry in the oven directly on the rack at about 200º.
