1/2 cup scalded milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco
1 T. salt
cinnamon
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
6 cup flour
1/2 cup brown and white sugar (Each)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and pour in large bowl with sugar, crosco and salt. When cool, add eggs, yeast, water and beat in flour. Cover in greased bowl and rise till double. Dough will be sticky. It does NOT come away from side of bowl. Don't add too much flour when rolling. Roll into 18 x 24 rectangle. Sprinkle with plenty of both sugar and cinnamon. Roll from long end. Cut into 24 slice 3/4" thick. Place on greased cookie sheets. Let rise till light and rough. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375.

Maple Frosting:

Melt 1/2 cube butter and blend with 1 box powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring and milk to moisten.
