1/2 Cup Gold Medal Flour
2 tbsps. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Cups milk
6 eggs
18 slices of bread
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk, and eggs with rotary beater until smooth. Soak bread in batter until saturated. Heat butter in skillet. Carefully transfer each bread slice to skillet; do not overcrowd. Cook bread over medium heat 12 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
