32 ox frozen Orieda Hash Browns thawed, 3/4 c melted butter, 8 oz sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c chopped sauteed onion, 1 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
Topping: 1/4 c butter, 2 c crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix melted butter & crushed Ritz crackers and spread on top. Bake 350 for 50 minutes uncovered.
