1/2 c + 2 tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 c heavy cream
1 c little bits semi sweet chocolate
1 c walnuts, chopped and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy gauge saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Bring to boil over low heat; stirring occasionally; boil 1 minutes. Remove from heat. In blender combine eggs, vanilla and salt; blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar mixture; blend at high speed 1 minute; set aside to cool. In large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff. Fold butter/sugar mixture, semi sweet chocolate and walnuts into whipped cream. Pour into foil lined 9x5 loaf pan. Cover with foil; freeze until firm.
