Ingredients:  
3 c. coarsely chopped Vidalia onions
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in margarine. Mix onions and other ingredients except cheese. Pour into a baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
