1lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
tsp. garlic salt
1 box shell noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Season with pepper, salt & garlic salt. Cook shells according to directions. Toss with butter when finished.
Mix meat, sauce, cottage cheese, & sour cream. Add into pasta. Place in a 9x13 pan and top with cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
