2 8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks (reserve whites)
1 tsp. vanilla



Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x13 pan with 1 pkg. of crescent rolls. Pat smooth. In a bowl, mix two packages softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Spread over crescent roll crust. Pat second pkg. of crescent rolls on the counter and place over cream cheese mixture. Beat egg whites until frothy. Spread on top of crescent roll layer. Sprinkle topping over egg whites. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
