8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1- 15 oz. jar chunky garden-style meatless spaghetti sauce
1 beaten egg
1 c. ricotta cheese or cream-style cottage cheese, drained
1 c. mozzarella cheese
c. snipped parsley
c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti in boiling water about 18 minutes or till tender but still firm. Drain well. In a large skillet cook turkey till no longer pink. Drain, stir in sauce; heat through. Mix together egg, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and Parmesan. Stuff cheese mixture into shells. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce mixture into a 12x7 x2 inch baking dish. Place shells atop. Top with remaining sauce mixture, covering shells. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot.
