12-16 Crepes
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c milk
6 oz Gruyere Cheese, grated
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
12 thin slices ham, slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crepes. Heat butter and milk; add cheese and seasonings. Spread on crepes, leaving outer 1/2 inch bare. Top with ham. Roll up crepes. Arrange on buttered baking dish; bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
