1 2/3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c dark corn syrup
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix butter and sugar until blended. Beat in peanut butter and corn syrup, then egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing well after each addition. Chill several hours or until dough is easy to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with floured fork. Bake in 350 oven 12 to 15 minutes or until set but not hard.
