1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
4 sticks butter
4 c flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lb dates
3 slices of red pineapple
3 slices of green pineapple
1/2 lb of candied cherries
1/2 box of white raisins
1 c pecans
1 1/2 c walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fruit by hand, Chop nuts in a food processor. Mix together. Cream sugars and butter, add eggs and vanilla and mix. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. stir in nuts and fruits. refrigerate overnight. Keep batter cold as you are baking cookies. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes.
