1 pkg (7 oz) shredded coconut
1/3 c flour
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 c unsweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to very slow 250. Grease two large cookie sheets. 2. Combine coconut, flour and salt in a medium size bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla until ingredients are thoroughly moistened. 3. Drop dough by teaspoonful about 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. 4. Bake in preheated 250 oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks with a spatula. Cool
