3 or 4 fresh sweet potatoes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
3 or 4 tbsp. butter
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins.

Mash the sweet potatoes with the butter, add all remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with marshmallows.

Bake 350 until heated and marshmallows are golden brown.
