1/4 c green onion, sliced
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Pound chicken flat. Place chicken in a plastic bag. For marinade, combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken and close bag. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, turning bag often. Drain, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack of unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, brushing often with marinade. Turn chicken and broil for 2 to 3 minutes more or until done, brushing often with marinade.
