6 boneless skinless breasts
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2) oz can stewed tomatoes
1 oz pepperoni
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add Italian seasoning, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, pepperoni and Parmesan cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with remaining Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with buttered fettuccine noodles.
