Fresh turnip greens or collard greens
Smoked turkey wings, bacon or ham
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash greens well. Break i smaller pieces.

Boil the turkey wings or bacon strips in water until tender. Ham can be added with greens to cook, precooking not necessary.

In a large sauce pan add the greens and meat with the broth from cooking. Add water, do not cover the greens as the greens will cook down. Add salt
& pepper. Cook down until tender.

Smoked Pork hocks can be used if desired.
